*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients. *Responsibilities* * Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. * Utilize commercial cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively. * Conduct custodial duties such as restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies. * Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the upkeep of the property. * Handle heavy lifting of equipment or materials as required during cleaning operations. * Communicate with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning needs or concerns. * Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled shifts while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. * Operate hand tools and power tools safely when performing maintenance or repair tasks. *Experience* * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage is a plus. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all cleaning tasks.
