You?ll oversee and guide the business plan, budgeting, and performance metrics, ensuring a forward-thinking approach to resources, organizational structures, and policies that foster sustainable economic development.Alongside a degree and at least 10 years of executive-level experience in large, diverse organizations, you bring an in-depth understanding of advanced business practices and an enthusiasm for community- focused leadership. You?ll also inspire our professional and operational teams with a shared vision for our future, connecting meaningfully with our community and partners.Your collaborative approach and strategic insight will help us build an even stronger community, fostering growth, engagement and innovation.
