*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various cleaning tasks. * Conduct heavy lifting as needed to move furniture or equipment during the cleaning process. * Maintain facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks and reporting any issues to management. * Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient use. * Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning needs or concerns. * Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and materials. * Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests or inquiries from clients. *Skills* * Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. * Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively. * Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. * Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to cleaning duties. * Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. * A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.
