*Fireside Property Group* has an opportunity to join our team in the capacity of Condominium Manager. We have a great portfolio of condominium clients and are looking for the perfect fit to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have some experience in the Condominium or Property Management industry. *Responsibilities* * Main point of contact for Condominium Boards * Respond to inquiries and information requests from unit owners & residents * Oversee contractors and vendors providing services to Condominium clients; * Prepare and present Budgets * Review and distribute monthly Financial Statements * Review and approve payables * Carry out occasional property inspections * Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment *Qualifications* * Active RECA Condominium License *OR* First Level Licensing and actively working towards completion of licensing * Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) * Valid Driver's License * Strong leadership skills * Strong written and oral communication skills * Detail Oriented *Benefits* * Competitive Salary & Benefits package including medical/dental * Close mentorship with a well-respected Industry Professional * Well-maintained, manageable portfolio of great Condominium Properties & cooperative Boards to work with * Flexible scheduling to promote a healthy work-life balance * Downtown parking included * 3 weeks paid vacation * A great team of fun and friendly people to work with! *We can't wait to meet you.* Industry * Real Estate Employment Type Full Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking Work Location: In person- LocationCalgary, AB
