The selected candidate must be able to work all shift hours, including night shift. </span></p><p><span>The operator will be expected to perform multiple tasks throughout the line and must be fully aware of export control requirements and adhere to expectations. </span></p><p>Specifically, you will:</p><ul><li><p><span>Work within a highly specialized team to establish and achieve high expectations, goals and daily targets.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain an engaged attitude.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage multiple tasks at various levels of completion, using the best use of time and resources to complete work.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Use specialized equipment, related software and systems such as, but not limited to, robotics, machine logic, tooling, Human - Machine Interface (HMI), and Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) grinding, milling, part marking and ATTI.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Set up, monitor and troubleshoot automated manufacturing center equipment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate continuous improvement by using tools such as Kaizen events and CORE Operating System.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Keep current with job requirements, products, computer technology (e.g.- LocationEnfield, NS
