We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team that is willing to learn and grow in a quickly expanding company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background working in customer service in real estate industry, and building strong client relationships. *Job Description/Duties:* * Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls. * Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. * Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues. * Providing exceptional customer care services and office administrative skills * Tracking deficiency repairs and reporting to the senior team. * Solid understanding of Tarion Warranty New Home Program and Construction Performance Guidelines. *Requirements and Qualifications:* * Ability to speak, write, read and understand in Chinese (Strong asset). * 2+ years of relevant experience in real estate industry. * Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening) * Strongly proficient in MS Office.
