You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases. * Provide knowledgeable product information to help customers make informed decisions. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone with inquiries or orders. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. * Demonstrate strong time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively during busy periods. * Engage in technical sales by understanding product specifications and features, assisting customers in selecting the right products for their needs. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. * Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions. * Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. * Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with clients. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. * Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn about new products and services.
