Responsibilities
Tasks

Ensure terms of lease agreements are met

Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance

Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation

Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants

Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas

Work with minimal supervision

Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
