We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position will primarily focus on supporting daily administrative operations with a strong *emphasis on bookkeeping and marketing activities*. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with marketing efforts to enhance the company?s presence in the market.
· Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records and tracking expenses.
· Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, receipts, and payments.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data using QuickBooks accounting software.
· Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management.
· Coordinate and support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
· Manage the company?s social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
· Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
· Track and report on marketing campaign performance and effectiveness.
· Update and maintain the company website with current product information, promotions, and blog posts.
· Organize and assist with events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
· Prepare and maintain documentation, files, and records related to company operations.
· Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
*Qualifications:*
· Proven experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, or a related field.
· Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp).
· Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
· Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
· Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is an asset.
*Salary:* Starting at $17.50 per hour. *This role can be either full-time or part-time, depending on candidate preference. *
