*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to high standards of hygiene. *Duties* * Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to carry out cleaning tasks effectively. * Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. * Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests and addressing concerns promptly. * Execute commercial cleaning duties in various settings, including offices, restrooms, and common areas. * Handle heavy lifting as required, moving furniture or equipment to facilitate thorough cleaning. * Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and needs. * Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames while maintaining quality standards. *Skills* * Strong custodial skills with experience in commercial cleaning preferred. * Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools related to cleaning tasks. * Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients and staff. * Capability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and management. * Ability to clean efficiently while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
