*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. *Duties* * Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. * Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various cleaning and maintenance tasks. * Conduct commercial cleaning of facilities, ensuring all areas meet hygiene standards. * Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames while maintaining quality standards. * Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and any maintenance issues observed. * Assist with custodial duties as needed, including restocking supplies and reporting any damages or repairs required in the facilities. * Participate in facilities maintenance activities as directed, contributing to the overall upkeep of the premises. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties. * Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience for facility users. * Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is advantageous. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. * Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively within a team environment. * Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning and maintenance operations is a plus.
