*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to operate both hand and power tools, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces. * Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure high standards of cleanliness. * Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and report issues promptly. * Handle heavy lifting as required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning tasks. * Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any concerns. * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed. * Adhere to safety protocols while using hand tools and power tools during maintenance tasks. * Demonstrate excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. *Requirements* * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as part of daily responsibilities. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. * Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. * Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * A commitment to providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean environment.
