The Civil Construction Superintendent will provide on-site direction, coordination, and supervision to ensure completion and quality of civil work on our multi-family residential construction site. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a working knowledge of various civil and residential construction means and methods Your contributions to the team: Motivate and direct multiple civil crews on a large-scale Development site, in the Campbell River area. Interpret plans, specifications and relay proper direction to crew. Liaison with all building construction trades on site regarding scheduling and access. Direct and manage subcontractors. Assure compliance with the project construction schedule and budgets Uphold the Company safety regulations, policies, and procedures Ensure project materials and workmanship meet the project quality standards Use best efforts to- LocationCampbell River, BC
