Job details
ServiceNow Developer (5)- our client requires five (5) ServiceNow Developers who will manage the Tier 2 support incidents, service requests related to the application, and system administration duties. The developers will be split into two groups, with one group being dedicated to issue resolution and service request fulfilment on a prioritized first in, first out queue, and the other group will be dedicated to managing an enhancement queue on a prioritized first in, first out basis. The ServiceNow Developer's will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions; Queue Management of incidents, service requests, and enhancements; System Administration and Maintenance related to the ServiceNow platform; Design and implement integrations between- LocationVictoria, BC
