Our client, an internationally recognized professional services firm, has an immediate opening for a high-performing Legal Assistant. This position will sit in their Calgary, Canada office. The team comprises Canadian Chartered Professional Accountants and US Certified Public Accountants delivering cross-border tax and accounting services. Key Responsibilities analyzing financial information managing the calendar of junior associates data entry putting together legal documents arranging international couriers tracking data the ability to meet multiple deadlines on an ongoing basis / a lot of moving parts in this practice arranging requests from government agencies (FOIA requests) responding to client inquiries / high volume of emails setting associates up on video meetings preparing expense reports- LocationCalgary, AB
