We are looking for Knitting Machine Operators to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining knitting machines . The Knitting Machine Operator must be able to understand and follow instructions, as well as perform regular maintenance on the machines. The ideal candidate will have excellent learning skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Set up and operate machinery according to safety guidelines. * Monitor machines for malfunctions and make necessary adjustments. * Maintain accurate records of production data. * Troubleshoot machine issues and take corrective action as needed. * Follow safety protocols when operating machinery. * Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and functioning properly. * Keep the machine running * *Remedy all defects for which it has been formed*: repair broken wires (front, reverse and inlay), change the broken needles of the cylinder and dial * Check the wire: check that the wire is following the correct path from the creel to the needles. * Remove the roller * *Complete quality control:* Need for quality control at the beginning of the shift, Need to stop the machine every 1 hour, and check the fabric. Constantly check the fabric using the white button (at low speed) on both sides of the fabric while the machine is running. * *Maintain machines cleaning: * Clean the machine every time you take out the roll, Do not leave broken needles on the machine, Clean the area around the machine, Clean the Bottom of the machine at least once a day. * Knitter will be responsible for the company tools provided.
