PRIMARY FOCUSLabour Relations Consultant is a key leader in LutherCare Communities (LCC), partnering with other LCC leaders to achieve the organizational priorities and goals. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture (the Director), Labour Relations Consultant supports strategy by contributing to the development of and executing divisional plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction. Labour Relations Consultant demonstrates leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate in a resident-first culture. Labour Relations Consultant works within the division and cross-functionally to support operations in the organization. Labour Relations Consultant work closely with funding agencies and other external partners. Education:Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources Professional designation or near completion (CPHR) would be an asset Licensed and in good standing with professional association and/or regulatory body, if applicable Experience:3+ years in a related positionExperience in a multi-stakeholder environment with multiple locationExperience providing people services to a non-union and union workplaceExperience working with Federal and Provincial GovernmentsExperience working with First Nation and MetisExperience in a hybrid organization (for-profit and not-for-profit) would be considered an assetExperience in a health-care or housing sector would be considered an asset.
