<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES</strong></p><p>• Interviewing internal and external stakeholders to develop solution requirements and captured user stories. Liaison between business users and business partners, managing relationships and monitoring all requirements updates</p><p>• Preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD's), System Design flows, Sequence Diagrams providing the appropriate scope of work for the team</p><p>• Create low-fidelity prototype and test end-to-end scenarios, going through the life cycle of application development</p><p>• Requires cross platform integration knowledge</p><p>• Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborating with the QA teams to write Use cases, test strategies, preparation of testing data for quality assurance.</p><p>• Providing technical solutions/system solutions to fix real-time technical issues.</p><p>• Support, consult and interact with stakeholders, partners and customers</p><p>• Analyzes customer requirements and translates those requirements into technical design specifications</p><p>• Familiar with Agile methodology, ASAP methodology and Design Thinking</p><p>• Having excellent problem-solving skills to identify improvement opportunities and suggest product road maps</p><p>• Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a team player</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p>• Degree in computer science or business management and related fields</p><p>• 5+ years of BA experience</p><p>• Experience with SAP technologies is a plus</p><p>• Experience with full life-cycle implementations</p><p>• Must be located in Canada</p><p><strong>SKILLS</strong></p><p>• Documentation skills/Technical writing skills</p><p>• Active Listening</p><p>• Quality client service techniques</p><p>• Decision Making</p><p>• Problem Solving</p><p>• Presentation and Public speaking</p><p><strong>MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p>• Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels in English.
