Position #: 074681 Expected Start Date: December 23, 2024 Union: HSAS Facility: La Ronge Health Centre City/Town: La Ronge Department: Mental Health Community Clinics & Programs Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 224 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Social Worker - BSW $35.137 to $42.966 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: Provides assessments, treatments, referrals and case management of individuals, couples, groups and families who experience mental health problems and/or addictions problems. Provides professional consultation and collaborative support as an interdisciplinary team member.
