If you?re looking for a company that values hard work and treats you like family, we want to hear from you! *Job Overview* We?re seeking an experienced *Concrete Finisher* who takes pride in their craft and knows how to handle every stage of the finishing process. From screeding and floating to edging and setting forms, you?ll be an essential part of our team, ensuring our projects meet the high-quality standards Melnyk Concrete is known for. Flexibility is key, as workdays can range from 6 to 13 hours based on project demands. *Responsibilities* * Perform all aspects of concrete finishing, including floating, screeding, edging, and bull-floating. * Set and secure forms accurately for various concrete projects. * Work efficiently on tasks requiring precision and attention to detail. * Adapt to varying work schedules, including long workdays when necessary. * Ensure safety and cleanliness on job sites. * Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and to high standards. *Requirements* * Proven experience as a concrete finisher with strong technical skills. * Ability to work long, flexible hours (shifts may vary between 6?13 hours). * Hardworking, honest, and committed to producing high-quality work. * Strong physical stamina to perform demanding tasks. * Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. * Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices. *Preferred but Not Required:* * Experience operating machinery such as skid steers or compactors. *Why Join Melnyk Concrete?* * *Be Part of a Family:* We?re not just coworkers?we?re a team that supports each other on and off the job. * *Grow Your Skills:* Work on challenging projects and hone your craft alongside skilled professionals. * *Job Stability:* Be part of a company that values your contributions and rewards hard work. * *Competitive Pay:* Your hard work and expertise will be fairly compensated.
