A renowned company in the food industry is looking for a motivated professional to join their team as a Supply and Logistics Planner.</p><p>Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for: <br>* Overseeing international product transportation in collaboration with freight forwarders and 3PL providers. <br>* Setting up and monitoring planning data related to the products under your responsibility. <br>* Contributing to the definition of monthly and annual quotas to meet business needs. <br>* Identifying stockout risks, analyzing logistics data, and implementing solutions to maintain high levels of customer service. <br>* Planning weekly container needs based on seasonal fluctuations and forecasts. <br>* Supporting the launch of new products and tracking promotional campaigns with the marketing and sales teams. <br>* Collaborating closely with internal teams, including production sites, procurement, and raw material planning, to ensure smooth processes. <br>* Developing supply plans based on inventory goals, sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity. <br>* Documenting operational processes and sharing knowledge with stakeholders to ensure continuity of operations.</p><p>Skills and Qualifications: <br>* A university degree in business administration or supply chain management. <br>* 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in supply or production planning within a consumer goods sector. <br>* Strong proficiency in Excel and excellent analytical skills. <br>* Familiarity with planning tools is an asset. <br>* Fluency in both written and spoken English and French. <br> <br>Why join this company? <br>* An opportunity to work in a dynamic and highly respected organization within its industry. <br>* A pivotal role in managing and optimizing logistics and supply chain operations. <br> <br> <br>Recruitment Process: <br>The hiring process starts with a video interview with our team, followed by an on-site meeting with the Human Resources department.
