About the PositionADM's Canola Processing facility in Lloydminster is searching for an enthusiastic, results-driven team-player to join the commercial merchandising team. This Clerk position will report to the Commercial Manager, and the successful candidate will be proficient in one of the major areas of the clerical function, grain settlements, meal transactions, plant operations, accounts payable and payroll, with relationship support or vendor maintenance.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOrganizing export documentationAssisting with month-end production proceduresResolving mainly routine questions and problems, referring more specific inquiries to the appropriate team members when necessaryPerforming routine clerical functions, including filing, answering phones, distributing materials, and record retentionSupport payroll functions as needed- LocationLloydminster, AB
