*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in a retail environment. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products that best suit them. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. *Responsibilities* * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct outside sales activities to expand the customer base and increase market presence. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain an organized approach to managing leads, appointments, and follow-ups. * Stay informed about product offerings, market trends, and activities to communicate value propositions effectively. * Collaborate with team members to achieve overall targets and enhance performance. *Requirements* * Proven experience of more than 5 years in sales is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers. * Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Proficiency in English, Hindi and Punjabi * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
