*Responsibility?*
1. Creating compelling product descriptions for newly launched items.
2. Photo Retouching: Perform photo retouching tasks, including color correction, image manipulation, background removal, and enhancement, to ensure product images are visually appealing and meet quality standards.
3. Uploading product information (including copy and images), and entering data into the system for new products.
4. Recording inventory levels and expiration dates for new products in the system.
5. Configuring marketing labels, such as "New Arrival," for products after they have been listed and inventory levels have been recorded.
6. Ensuring proper listing and management of gift sets associated with new product arrivals.
7. Managing the outbound process for individual products that are close to expiration or damaged, including maintaining records of outbound products from the warehouse.
8. Regularly monitoring products nearing expiration and coordinating with the marketing department for clearance activities.
9. Monitoring product sales, conducting regular replenishment for low-stock items based on downloaded inventory reports, and updating expiry dates as needed.
10. Collaborating with the marketing department to identify and replenish products for upcoming marketing campaigns .
11. Ordering promotional gifts as required for marketing department-planned promotions.
12. Selecting and configuring weekly and monthly best-selling products for each store on the app.
13. Daily monitoring of orders and updating order statuses based on delivery status.
*Requirements&Experiences?*
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* No less than three year experiences product management, operations, or a similar role.
* Proficiency in using computer applications and software, including Microsoft Excel and product management systems.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Proficient in data entry and system management.
* Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills for pricing and inventory management.
* Attention to detail to ensure accurate product listings and inventory records.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
* Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies is a plus.
* Familiarity with beauty, skincare, or retail industries is preferred.
* Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
* FMCG: 2 years (preferred)
