<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are currently recruiting for a Front Office Customer Service Professional for an amazing company located in the Brampton area. This position is a temporary to permanent position.</p><p><strong>Job description</strong></p><p>This position provides timely and accurate customer service through phone and email including order entry, product knowledge and availability, and resolving customer issues.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Major Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>First point of contact for customers</p><p>Ensure timely and accurate service to inquiries through phone and email</p><p>Suggest additional and/or alternative products or services to meet customer needs</p><p>Enter orders in distribution software</p><p>Correspond with warehouse staff to ensure order flow</p><p>Follow up internally regarding back orders to ensure timely delivery of products</p><p>Create and maintain positive relationships with customers</p><p>Maintain office supplies and perform other administrative tasks</p><p>Other duties as assigned</p><p><strong>Minor Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Communicate and resolve issues with internal departments as needed</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><p>Completion of post-secondary program or combination of education and experience</p><p>1-3 years of previous customer service experience</p><p>Display professionalism and pleasant phone demeanor</p><p>Exceptional oral and written communication skills with high sense of urgency</p><p>Highly attentive to detail with strong clerical and organizational skills</p><p>Ability read and analyze detailed invoices and spreadsheets</p><p>Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of an organization</p><p>Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)</p></div></div>- LocationBrampton, ON
