*Job Overview* We are seeking an experienced HVAC and Sheet Metal Project Manager to lead our team of technicians in the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of HVAC systems, and the ability to manage projects effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. *Duties* * Oversee daily operations of the HVAC team, ensuring high-quality service delivery. * Manage project planning and execution for HVAC installations. * Conduct requirements gathering to understand client needs and project specifications. * Utilize data analysis skills to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement. * Develop and manage budgets for HVAC projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions. * Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and service contracts. * Maintain comprehensive documentation. * Implement project management methodologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. * Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. * Assist in project Estimating. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in HVAC supervision or a similar leadership role within the industry. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and maintenance practices. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly. * Proficiency in data analysis and budgeting related to HVAC projects. * Familiarity with project planning tools and methodologies. * Experience in vendor management and relationship building. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also taking initiative when needed. * Knowledge of requirements management processes is a plus.
