If this sounds like what you are looking for, then check out the job description below! *A Day in the Life of a Computer Service Technician at Simply Computing* The Computer Service Technician is required to execute both the company?s and Apple?s service program. The technician?s primary role will be to accurately diagnose and repair products, while providing excellent service and support to our customers. The technician is also required to keep the customer up to date with the status during the repair, and as such must be proactive in informing customers of the progress of their repair while demonstrating excellent customer service skills and communication. *What You Will Do* * Handle end-to-end customer repair experience. * Diagnose technology problems and recommends courses of action. * Present a solution for the customer and follow through with repair and support. * Follows Apple guidelines for repair in a safe and secure manner. * Liaises with customers throughout the repair process. *What You Bring to the Role* * Excellent people skills. * Great technical aptitude. * Fluent in English, a second language is an asset. * Open minded and willing to learn. * High school completion. *What Simply Computing Offers You* * Employee discounts * Subsidized health benefits * Bonuses * Paid training * Happy working environment and collaborative team *Working Conditions* * All necessary training is provided to give you the skills and confidence needed. * Work location: Simply Computing?s Victoria retail store. * This position requires period of sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 20kg. * Expected start date: Immediate. * Wage: $19.00 - $21.00/hour, plus bonuses.
