With almost a century of facility service experience, state of the art business practices, environmentally friendly processes and supplies and an established global reputation, we offer unrivaled client experience and satisfaction. *We are currently recruiting for the position of part time Janitor * *General Description*: A janitor is generally responsible for the cleaning of all hard floor surfaces and carpets, washrooms, common areas, offices, and the collection and removal of garbage from drop points to a garbage bin. Other responsibilities could be included. *This position offers premium wages to qualified staff.* *Location: *New Wes Valley NL *Schedule: *Monday to Friday (Evening 1.25 hours) *Responsibilities:* * Clean floors (mopping, sweeping) * Daily cleaning of washrooms, offices, lockers rooms and lunchrooms * Empties and cleans garbage cans * Spot cleans walls, partitions, light switches, and doors * Restocks single unit dispensers containing soap, towels, toilet tissue and sanitary napkins * Dusts and damp wipes office equipment * Additional duties may be required from time to time.
