The Danish Pastry House is a rapidly expanding company that serves authentic pastries, cakes and bread. The company has partnered with Kontra coffee in Copenhagen, Denmark and also offers coffee and handcrafted beverages roasted in our Toronto Roastery with our own custom blends. We are currently looking for a Sales Associate/Barista to join our team at our Toronto Western Hospital Location. We are looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday starting 6am and 7am on the weekends. If you are energetic and positive with a bubbly and caring heart, who loves working in a fast paced location this job is for you! Job Responsibilities: * Make and serve pastries and cookies. * Provide outstanding customer service. * Know and sell your products. * Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation. * Follow health and safety guidelines. * Able to easily multi-task. * Handle a fast-paced work environment. * Contribute to a positive team environment. * Available for flexible shifts (days/evenings/weekends/holidays). * Must be able to work in a very fast passed store Qualifications: Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $17.00 per hour Benefits: * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Shift: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Work days: * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (required) * barista: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
