*Job Summary* We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, e-commerce, and SEO, with the ability to create engaging content that drives traffic and conversions. This role requires proficiency in various digital tools and platforms, as well as a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. *Please Note this is a Full Time in Person position* *Key Responsibilities:* * Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, blogs and digital advertising, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. * Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite for various campaigns. * Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer preferences. * Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement. * Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with brand standards. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation. * Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring creative ideas to the table for marketing initiatives and campaigns. * Monitor and engage with customer feedback across social media channels and online platforms, strengthening customer relationships and community engagement. * Build and manage relationships with social media influencers and bloggers, coordinating partnerships to enhance brand visibility. * Manage influencer campaigns, including product seeding, content creation, and performance tracking, to ensure effective and authentic promotion. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. * Proficiency in Shopify, Email Marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong skills in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Final Cut, and Canva. * Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and Social Media Advertising best practices. * Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to interpret metrics and improve marketing strategies. * Creative and innovative thinker with problem-solving abilities. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. * Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving work setting. * Interest or experience in influencer marketing and brand partnerships. *What We Offer:* Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
