We aim to be the community hub, the gathering place offering high quality product and exceptional customer service. \*\*Overview:\*\* Join our team as a Barista at our bustling cafe where you'll craft delicious beverages and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. \*\*Responsibilities:\*\* - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages with espresso based drinks and teas. Help us expand and grow our offerings. - Operate the POS system to accurately process orders and payments - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and utensils - Assist in food preparation and handling as needed - Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Uphold food safety standards and regulations - Handle cashiering duties efficiently \*\*Experience:\*\* - Previous experience in a similar role is necessary - Proficiency in basic math for cash handling - Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor - Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus If you are passionate about creating quality beverages, delivering top-notch service, and thrive in a dynamic setting, we welcome you to apply for the Barista position at our cafe.
