JOB DESCRIPTION The City of Orillia is seeking Camp Counsellors to join our team in the Recreation, Youth and Culture Services Division of the Corporate Services Department. Reporting directly to the Camp Coordinator, the Camp Counsellor will play a key role in overseeing daily camp operations and providing support and guidance to ensure a safe and engaging experience for all campers. DUTIES Assist in the planning, implementation, and supervision of assigned camp activities, contributing ideas to ensure programs are engaging, inclusive, and well-organized. Lead a variety of high-quality camp activities, ensuring each session is structured, enjoyable, and tailored to the age and interests of campers.
