*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled *painter* to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting and a strong understanding of various painting techniques and materials. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with others, and proficiency in using both power and hand tools. We are flexible with time off in a respectable manner, and often receive tips from clients whom are happy with our work! *Duties* * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks. * Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. * Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations. * Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and timelines. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration. * Assist in drywall patch work and other construction-related tasks as needed. *Skills* * Strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently. * Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. * Knowledge of hand tools used in painting and construction projects. * Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively. * Capability to rig equipment as necessary for specific projects.
