*Job description* DH Supply Chain is a self-run warehousing company specializing in overseas warehouses in Canada. DH is headquartered in Toronto with regional offices in Vancouver, providing professional services to customers throughout Canada. Our company has 16 years of service experience, mainly providing one-stop service for cross-border e-commerce sellers, integrating professional overseas warehouse service, customs clearance service, logistics warehousing service and truck transportation service in North America, and guaranteeing to provide customers with 24-hour service throughout Canada. Our 70,000 sqft overseas warehouse distribution centers have been established in Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal and Calgary, located in all major ports and commercial logistics centers in Canada, effectively saving your local logistics costs and delivery cycle. We are now looking for a full-time *Logistics Coordinator *to coordinate *FBA delivery*. This position is performed in the head office but oversees the daily activity of logistics, ensuring that all products are delivered to Amazon and designated customers timely, accurately. This position also requires communicating with the warehouse management team in advance according to the volume of incoming shipments to ensure sufficient storage capacity. _*Why join us?*_ * Career Development and Learning * Competitive Salary * Opportunities to grow professionally * A team of dedicated professionals * Friendly environment _*Main Duty:*_ * Coordinate shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers, ensuring compliance with Amazon?s FBA guidelines * Create delivery order and POD based on shipment schedule * Delegate assignments to warehouse and inventory team according to customer requirements * Collaborate with warehouse teams and third-party trucking companies to ensure smooth operation and on-time delivery * Proactively identify and address potential delays, disruptions, or inefficiencies in the logistics process * Implement process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency and reduce costs * Serve as the main point of contact for logistics-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders _*Qualification:*_ * College diploma, in Supply Chain Management/General Business is preferred, or equivalent work experience * 1+ year of experience as Logistics Coordinator, mainly focus on *FBA delivery* * *Experience and proficiency in Amazon Carrier Centre is a plus* * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel * Professional maturity and demonstrated ability to take initiative, to work independently and follow through on work assignments * Proactive, collaborative, and demonstrated capacity to work independently and within a team environment * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks * Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills Working hour: Monday-Friday: 9:00-17:30 Weekend might be needed depend on schedule Language: *Mandarin\**_*AND*_*\* English* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $46,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * Paid time off * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Logistics/Supply Chain: 1 year (required) Language: * Mandarin (required) Work Location: In person- LocationMarkham, ON
