Job details
Duties include but not limited to feeding, treating and calving cows. Fixing fence, cleaning pens and barns. The ideal candidate must be confident in the handling of beef cattle as well as diagnosing and treating cattle. They must be physically fit and able to work nights during the calving season. They must also be able to operate feeding and bedding equipment. During the spring and summer the ideal candidate will be willing to work on the farming side running equipment such as balers, rakes, field implements ect. Knowledge and experience of working on a diversified farm/ranch is an asset. There are no staff accommodations available with this position. Only those currently allowed to legally work in Canada will be considered. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 50 per week Work Location: In person- LocationCremona, AB
