*Job Overview* Roto-Rooter Lethbridge is seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair in the service side of the industry. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. The Journeyperson Plumber will be responsible for ensuring that all plumbing work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local codes and regulations. *Responsibilities* * Perform a wide variety of service related plumbing tasks within residential and commercial settings - find and repair leaks, remove concrete and replace underground piping, install taps, toilets and other fixtures, install hot water tanks * Perform drain cleaning tasks as required - use of powered augers and high pressure flushing equipment * Opportunity to gain training and knowledge on Cured In Place Piping (CIPP lateral lining) installation along with other trenchless pipe repair systems * Perform video inspections of piping systems * Maintain professional standards with co-workers, customers and the public at all times with customer service as a top priority * Work well as part of a team - willing to train apprentice plumbers * Perform heavy lifting as required * Ability to troubleshoot plumbing related issues and find solutions * Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues * Adopt company systems and safety procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to company safety protocols * Must be willing to take on-call on a set schedule - Roto-Rooter Lethbridge provides 24 hour emergency services * Must have a clean class 5 drivers license - 3 year abstract required *Experience* * Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber * Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards * Ability to perform service related calls and find solutions for customers * Ability to perform a variety of plumbing tasks in both residential and commercial settings Roto-Rooter Lethbridge is committed to employee safety and well being.
