*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires effective communication, organizational abilities, and experience in vendor management to maintain productive relationships with suppliers and contractors. *Responsibilities* * Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and support staff to ensure timely project completion. * Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. * Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery from suppliers. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance logs. * Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in HVAC systems. * Handle front desk responsibilities as needed, including managing phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients. * Assist with clerical tasks such as payroll processing and maintaining organized documentation for all projects. *Requirements* * Proven experience in HVAC supervision or a similar role within the industry. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software for tracking expenses and managing budgets. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and team collaboration. * Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is preferred. * Ability to effectively manage vendors while maintaining professional relationships. * Strong attention to detail in both technical work and administrative tasks.
