*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, lead a team of sales associates, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will be essential in driving sales performance and maintaining a positive shopping environment. *Duties* * Supervise and train retail staff, fostering their development through effective training programs. * Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays. * Recruit and interview potential candidates to build a strong team. * Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for improvement. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on goals and objectives. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. * Organize staff schedules to optimize productivity while ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours. * Collaborate with upper management on marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and sales. *Requirements* * Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles. * Strong skills in training development, recruiting, and interviewing. * Proficiency in math for inventory management and sales reporting. * Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to team members and customers. * Ability to market products effectively within the store environment. * Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. * Exceptional organizational skills to maintain store operations smoothly.
