Job Description The RPN/LPN will enhance the effective management and quality of nursing practice daily in keeping with the standards and expectations set out by governing bodies and internal policies and standards of care. Union Name: SEIU Union Local: SEIU Union Classification (Title): RPN or LPN Salary: RPN as per Collective Agreement Nursing Schedule: As per collective agreement General Responsibilities 1) Ensure care is provided with established nursing standards and principles, physicians' orders and administrative policies, as well as, observe, report and record vital signs, symptoms and conditions of residents / patients. Assure observance of required techniques in nursing care 2) Assess residents and develop, implement, review and evaluate care plans.
