<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Seeking an Office Administrator for a fast growing construction based company in Uxbridge, ON. This individual should be looking for a full time/long term employment and interested in possessing the position; and, will be responsible for all office duties.</p><p>The ideal candidate should possess the following merits and skills:</p><p>Ø Good in Client Relationship Management</p><p>Ø Ability to be Multi-tasking</p><p>Ø Advanced organizational skills</p><p>Ø Excellent communication skills both by phone and email</p><p>Ø Familiarity and experience with various Social Media Platforms</p><p>Ø Good in general computer skills</p><p>Ø Fast learner with proven ability to acquire changing & new skills</p><p>Ø Easy to adapt to changing needs within his/her duties as well as the company's objectives</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Ø Create accounts for new clients as well as new jobs in QuickBooks and open hard copy folders</p><p>Ø Maintain all clients' folders and jobs' folders</p><p>Ø Prepare Estimates for potential jobs, create monthly invoices for scaffold rental & invoices for finished jobs in QuickBooks</p><p>Ø Retrieve current WSIB Clearance Certificate, prepare Form 1000 and retrieve updated Certificate of Insurance for clients as needed</p><p>Ø Prepare delivery slips for equipment sent out to job sites by Avontus</p><p>Ø Perform inventory management in Avontus on a regular basis</p><p>Ø Prepare Truck Confirmation Sheets for 3rd party trucking companies and match corresponding invoices</p><p>Ø Perform AP duties (including input vendor invoices in QuickBooks and make payments via on-line banking and maintain payable record files)</p><p>Ø Process employee expense reports</p><p>Ø Submit HST/GST Returns, WSIB Premiums per schedule</p><p>Ø Other ad hoc accounting and administration duties as required</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications<em>:</em></strong></p><p>Ø College/University degree/diploma in Business Management or Accounting or similar field</p><p>Ø 3+ years of office administration experience</p><p>Ø Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.</p><p>Ø Proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel, at an intermediate level.</p><p>Ø Solid knowledge and demonstrated experience in QuickBooks Desktop</p><p>Ø Able to handle tight deadlines and work under pressure</p><p>Ø Strong in numbers and detail-oriented</p><p>Ø Able to work effectively on their own and in a team environment</p><p> </p><p><strong>Salary & Benefits:</strong></p><p>Ø $50K - $70K per annum, commensurate with experience.
