N.A. Hemorrhoids Centre is a new type of Naturopathic Clinic that includes minimally invasive surgery combined with herbal medication and focuses on anal rectal diseases clinic. In the nearly 20 years since its establishment in Vancouver, high cure rates and high-quality medical service reputation have always been the core value of the clinic. Anorectal diseases include acute hemorrhoids, chronic hemorrhoids, acute anal fissure, chronic anal fissure, anal fistula, anal abscess, and other diseases that occur in different populations. At NAHC, RN will receive diverse specialized clinical experience training and learning.
The patients in NAHC are ranging from teenagers to the elderly. We help patients in assessing treatment benefits and risks, managing risks, and ultimately achieving the goal of healing. Starting from 2021, NAHC officially implements strict healthcare management, clinic management, treatment management, medical brand management and communication management. Now, we invite a talented and fast learning RN to join our growing team for research, and learning. Welcome new graduated RN as well.

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Assist in procedures and examinations as needed
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong clinical skills with experience in diverse healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and medical offices
- Proficiency in patient care, including dementia care, pediatrics, case management, and laboratory work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Knowledge of best practices in nursing care for patients across the lifespan
- Current RN license and BLS certification
