A server is the face of a restaurant and an essential member of our team. We are looking for people who love people. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys getting to know customers, and is a team player, is perfect for this position; if that sounds like you, we would love to have you on our team! *Qualifications:* * 19 years or older * Customer service experience * Knowledge of food preparation and handling procedures * Strong communication skills * Understanding of food safety regulations * Hospitality background is beneficial *What we are offering*: * Flexible hours ranging from 10:30am - 9:30pm * A schedule that works around school, childcare, or other employment * Wages starting at $17.80/hr plus tips * Training for those who are new to serving * Discounted or free food * Casual dress *What your responsibilities would be*: * Welcoming guests and seating them at the appropriate table * Answering phone calls and taking phone orders * Taking dine-in orders * Serving food and drinks * Taking payments * General cleaning * Opening and closing the front of house *What we are looking for*: * The ability to multitask * Problem-solving skills * Sociable and good with people * Organized and detail-oriented * Good communication skills Most of the shifts are spent standing and carrying trays to and from tables, so physical fitness and balance are required.
