*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring a smooth and welcoming dining experience for our guests. *Responsibilities* * Supervise and coordinate front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to ensure high-quality service. * Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. * Oversee food preparation and handling procedures to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. * Train new employees on restaurant policies, food service standards, and customer interaction techniques. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality presentation. * Monitor dining room activities to ensure cleanliness and organization. * Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs effectively. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. * Strong knowledge of food preparation, handling practices, and health regulations. * Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. * Experience in cash handling and financial reporting is preferred. * Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus. * Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
