*Bookkeeper - Full Time / Salary * Join Edgecombes, a dynamic full-service marketing and promotions company specializing in uniform programs, branded merchandise, print & POS, and more. We're seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team and work at our Windsor NS location. *Who You Are* We are looking for someone with accounting / bookkeeping experience. * Knowledge of and experience with using Quickbooks * Familiarity with spreadsheets * A general understanding of the main accounting principles * Strong attention to detail and level of accuracy. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Capable of spotting and resolving discrepancies. *About The Role* In this role, you'll manage essential financial duties, such as recording financial transactions, sending and following up with invoices, and processing payroll. * Maintain financial transaction records * Managing invoices and receipts * Processing payroll * Reconciling statements * Entering supplier bills * Processing payments * Daily internal communication with clients and coworkers * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed * Month end reconciliations * Preparing & filing HST *Job Details:* * Full-Time position, Monday to Friday * In office at 1699 King St., Windsor, NS * $50,000 ($24.04hr) * Health plan participation optional * 2 weeks of vacation plus off between Christmas and New Year's when the office is closed Start date: immediately If you're ready to bring your skills to a dynamic team in the heart of our Windsor operations, apply today.
