We pride ourselves on providing top-tier grooming services in a sleek and welcoming environment. We?re looking for a motivated and personable receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Responsibilities: ? Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive first impression. ? Manage the booking system, including scheduling appointments and handling walk-ins. ? Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally. ? Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area. ? Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily reconciliations accurately. ? Assist with retail product sales and restocking. ? Collaborate with barbers to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications: ? Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role (barbershop or salon experience is a plus). ? Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ? Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. ? Friendly and approachable demeanor. ? Basic knowledge of haircare products and services is an asset but not required. ?
