The Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) plays a key role in establishing positive first impressions and customer service excellence in laying the groundwork for efficient and accurate order processing and completion. The primary responsibility of the ISS is to support and partner with the Engineered Wood Product Sales Specialist to develop new customer channels and upsell engineered wood products with existing customers. We service and sell to companies that range in size from small independent lumber yards to regional building material dealers, and national home improvement chains. Inside Sales Responsibilities · Work with EWP Sales Specialist to deliver and maintain programs and services.
