We are more than just an entertainment venue; we are where generations come together to make memories that last a lifetime. *What You?ll Do: * You?ll be the right-hand person to the General Manager, helping them run the show at our virtual sports and family entertainment center. Expect to dive into a little bit of everything: * Own the floor during your shift ? this includes ensuring all team members are living by our core value, assisting on the floor with food running, busing, expo, table maintenance, onboarding guests for golf and racing simulators, checking in guests, and keeping an eye on the arcade. * Be the GM?s sidekick in all things operational - yes, even the less glamorous stuff like daily cash handling, recruitment, performance management, inventory, training, and scheduling * Approve discounts and promos as needed (you will have the power to make people?s day) * Coach the team to deliver consistently top-notch food quality, presentation, and customer service * Build a squad of highly motivated, customer-focused team members who are all about creating great guest experiences * Ensure opening and closing tasks are completed like a well-oiled machine * Go above and beyond to elevate guest experiences; resolve conflicts with style and keep the good vibes rolling * Manage inventory and place orders * Set up and run golf leagues and tournaments * Foster a workplace that?s safe, inclusive and geared towards both personal and professional growth *What You?ll Need: * * Flexibility to work primarily evenings, weekends and holidays with a dash of overtime when needed * Management experience in a fast-paced, guest focused environment * Valid SmartChoices certification * A love for cleanliness and organization ? we keep it spotless around here * Quick-thinking and problem-solving skills ? you may need to MacGyver your way through tricky situations * A solid understanding of how social media works, especially for engaging with guests and promoting our venue. * Bonus points if you have a passion for golf and know your way around the game! *Who You Are: * * You get the ins and outs of running a multi-faceted venue and restaurant * You are hardworking and dependable and see this role as a steppingstone to becoming the General Manager * You stay cool under pressure and know how to keep the team and guests smiling, even during a full house. * You?re hospitable and ambitious, taking pride in your ability to make people feel at home while keeping the energy high, no matter how hectic it gets * You love developing others ? coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team to bring their A-game every shift.
