In this role, you will assist clients with inquiries, provide detailed product information, and help with account management to ensure a seamless experience. Your insights and expertise will enable you to understand our clients' needs, fostering an outstanding customer experience.</p><p>We are a dynamic and evolving company, and as such, our business needs may shift over time. We seek a Customer Service Advocate who is adaptable, resourceful, and eager to contribute to a growing team where flexibility is essential.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online platforms.</p><p>- Respond to client inquiries regarding products, orders, and services with professionalism and care.</p><p>- Leverage knowledge of the hairdressing industry to offer tailored advice and recommendations.</p><p>- Process orders and manage client accounts, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance.</p><p>- Handle invoicing, payments, and basic accounting tasks to support seamless transactions.</p><p>- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.</p><p>- Maintain a positive, customer-centric approach in all interactions.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Experience</strong>: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within the hairdressing or beauty industry.</p><p><strong>Industry Knowledge</strong>: Familiarity with hairdressing products, tools, and industry standards is a strong asset.</p><p><strong>Accounting Skills</strong>: Basic knowledge of accounting, invoicing, and payment processing.</p><p><strong>Communication</strong>: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport.</p><p><strong>Technical Skills</strong>:</p><p>- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform data analysis, create and manage spreadsheets, and utilize advanced functions as needed.</p><p>- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software programs and digital tools relevant to the role.</p><p>- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a strong aptitude for using cloud-based collaboration features</p><p><strong>Problem Solving</strong>: Proactive in identifying customer needs and resolving issues effectively.</p><p><strong>Availability</strong>: Ability to cover the duration of the maternity leave, with potential for flexibility in start and end dates.</p><p><strong>Why Oriac?</strong></p><p>- Work with a passionate and supportive team in a collaborative environment.</p><p>- Opportunity to expand your expertise in both customer service and the hairdressin
