*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about dentistry and has the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced paediatric environment. *Responsibilities* * Assist the dentist during various procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and treatments. * Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. * Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist. * Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans. * Maintain accurate patient records using dental software. * Schedule appointments and manage patient flow in the office. * Support pediatric patients and their families with a friendly demeanor, ensuring their comfort during visits. *Qualifications* * Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not mandatory; new grads will be considered. * Experience in pediatrics is a plus. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment. * Levell II Certification in dental assisting is required.
