*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. *Duties* - Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety regulations - Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system - Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and bar supplies - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks *Qualifications* - Previous experience in bartending or the food industry is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele - Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions - Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $17.20 per hour Additional pay: * Tips Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 12 hour shift Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-11-21- LocationToronto, ON
